vacation?
You can contact us via e-mail, phone, or use our online
reservation form.
A
$100.00 refundable key deposit will hold your reservation.
No, my association doesn't allow pets.
Rent must be paid in full one month prior to your arrival.
The keys will be sent to you after your rent is paid in
full.
- What are check-in and check-out
times?
Check-in time is 3:00 P.M.
Check-out time is 10:00 A.M.
- Is cleaning included in the rental
rate?
Yes, cleaning is included on weekly and monthly rentals
only.
Yes, linens are available. Contact owner
for pricing.
No, there is a 12% State and County
tax that is additional.
- Is There A Minimum Age To Rent A Condo?
Yes, you must be 25 years of age or
married.
- What is included in the kitchen?
The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, refrigerator,
dishwasher, microwave, and all standard cooking utensils plus a coffee pot, blender, and
mixer.
- Do you provide beach chairs?
We try to have a few beach chairs for families to use and
they are kept in the closet. The Myrtle Beach lifeguards offer beach chair and
umbrella rentals (in season) in front of the unit.
- What is your hurricane policy?
In the event that a hurricane requires mandatory
evacuation, you will receive a full refund for any nights not used during your stay.
